Hi there,

I’m searching for the name of a movie I would have watched in the early to mid 1980s. It was a family/kids movie, I believe, and the premise was that a teenager repaired an old TV which showed future events - specifically, I believe it was gambling events, like horse racing, which he used to place bets and win money.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks in advance for any help.
