I don’t remember what it’s called I think it was about a spy agency but it could’ve been supernatural investigators.

The main cast are three agents, one a smart teenaged girl, one a reckless teenaged boy, and one a previously frozen netherdnal or caveman or something. They work for a boss who is a super humorless woman in her 40s or 50s.

I only remember two episodes.
The first one has them investigating disappearances in the subway system which turns out to be due to a portal where a nice 1960’s family lived with two parents and a daughter, only they really weren’t that nice.

The other was a Christmas episode where they open a box that turns their wishes on themselves, the smart girl gets so smart that her brain swells painfully, the netherdnal turns into a puzzle, and the boss lady is forced to sing everything to the tune of jingle bells and other Christmas songs.
