This film is driving me crazy. I saw a film once and i can not remember what it is. A guy wakes up and is in risky situations with a handgun e.t.c but he only has a few minutes to figure out what is happening before he blacks out again. He wakes up after some time has passed for the same thing to happen again and this cycle is repeated. I think he even rescues a girl about to be murdered and saves her in one of these times because she may help him. either way, it ends with this guy finding out he is being controlled by some dude in a suspended state and was like a drone the whole time. His waking up was an error and he has no memory of anything while not in his conscious state. I am sure i did not make this movie up in my head. I remember watching it once. ---

The plot sounds very similar to [Memento (2000)](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memento_(film)) starring Guy Pearce and Joe Pantoliano. > **[Memento (2000) ⭐ 8.4 | Drama, Mystery, Thriller](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0209144/)** > > 1h 53m | R ---

I have not seen this one and I do not think it is a perfect match, but there are similarities: [Source Code (2011)](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Source%20Code) starring Jake Gyllenhall. > **[Source Code (2011) ⭐ 7.5 | Action, Drama, Mystery](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0945513/)** > > 1h 33m | PG-13 ---
