Please help me with the title of a movie I watched a long time ago as a child. I don’t remember much about the movie, but I do remember something about a little boy traveling in a fire truck and arriving in a small town, up there, I think, a tower, he lived in a small room, under the sink, there was a cockroach that talked to him, he had some neighbors, an obsessive woman with her daughter, and a fat man with some children, I think there was a professor in the movie.
