I can’t find the movie. I was a kid, around 2009-2013, the movie was shown on TV late at night 00:00 - 06:00 Russian TV channel like “Karusel” or “STS”. The movie is about teenagers, a family movie, about school/about kids. The plot of the movie revolves around a young boy / teenager who decided to fight various problems of the school and his friends, he created a site (called the site something like superman, shrekman shreder, I do not remember, but something in this style) and heroes anonymously, applications came to the e-mail, in school this site gained popularity. I don’t remember specific heroes, but I think one of the first stories was about a hamster. The second thing I remember was some final plot where he solved some crime/preparation. I remember some features of the scene are night, quiet American street, big car (maybe the criminals were transporting something in it), the criminals were punished in a “Home alone” style, for some reason there is still a shot of one of the heroes in a pipe. In the movie there is nothing super natural, no magic or super power, at most the main character was as far as I remember smart. I think this movie was made 1995-2013. I remember the final scene of the main character and his girlfriend in the park launched a toy flying airplane (or something like it).
