I saw it a long time ago, back in the 90s. It might have been an American movie or an episode of a TV series. All I remember is that two or three men took a body to a remote spot and threw it into a pit, which they then filled with lime to cove.

Thank you in advance.

Maybe?:

”Goodfellas” (1990)

There is a similar scene in this one. They bring the body of the maffioso they killed (the Billy Batts character) in the trunk of their car to a wooded area, they dig a pit/hole and I think they discuss using **lime (quicklime)** to cover the body with it.
If I remember it correctly, they stop at the house of Tommy’s mother to get a shovel and they **mention lime** and Tommy complains: **“I got no fucking lime”** , or something similar.
