Release date: 1980-2013.

The boy is a musician, maybe he plays the guitar.
His mother has died and his aunt (?) drives him to a desolate looking mansion to drop him off.
Inside, he encounters a supernatural entity that looks like a gigantic human head, made of fire.
It’s somehow attached to the fireplace and it talks to the boy about how he could become a famous songwriter and musician.
The boy finds the entity suspicious and leaves it alone.
Later he meets the ghost of his mother who warns him not to sign a contract with the demon.
In another scene, the demon gives a fancy guitar to the boy and he starts playing on it, the demon is grinning happily but the teen suddenly throws the instrument into the fireplace.
The demon becomes angry and the whole building catches fire.
The teen escapes but the mansion burns to the ground.

Maybe it has “haunted” or “house” or something similar in its title.
