Hello everyone… I saw a movie in my childhood in the early 90s… It scared me a lot back then. But I can’t remember the title or the exact plot. The only thing that stuck in my mind is that the main character is a large-built police officer or detective. He investigates murders committed by a group of people using automatic weapons. The killers were rather taciturn, wore dark glasses, and for some reason, I remember that they had messy hair… There’s one more detail about the movie! If my childhood brain didn’t make this up))) It turned out that these killers had undergone medical experiments and were soldiers who were considered missing in action.

Thank you in advance to anyone who responds. It’s been 30 years, and this movie still won’t leave me alone.))

Maybe?:  
“Universal Soldier” (1992)  
They are experimental soldiers who were killed in action and resurrected, and they wear some sort of eyepieces.

Really… I found this movie. If you’re interested, it’s called War Dog (1987) ([War Dog (1987) - IMDb](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092193/?ref_=nm_flmg_job_1_cred_i_19)).

UPD Watched this movie yesterday… No wonder I couldn’t find it all this time. The budget and acting are on the low side, but the plot is interesting. It’s hard to scare anyone with something like this these days.
