It was an animation its name was something like death game? And could be philosophical or scary

And ig it was Eastern, Japanese maybe  
At first the guy is shut by gun then he relives and comes back to the world  
Goes to sea and inside of a big fish’s body

He has a girlfriend

Maybe about 2004 was created

U may get confused by watching it!
