Please help me with the title of the movie that I watched long time ago as a kid. It was (probably) an american movie, probably black and white.
I don’t remember much. It was about a group of children of different age that lived together in a big house but without parents, hiding from social services. I don’t remember whether they were related. The eldest boy, to provide for other chilren, wrote a column for the magazine as a woman, where he answered questions from readers and gave them advice. At some point social services try to take the children, but it all ends well.
