I’m looking for a fairy tale from 80’s or 90s or older (animated/cartoon episode) about the King Giant or Prince Giant.

He was good, there was also a villain and it was a little squawking guy. He has a purple outfit and a hat. They wanted to convict someone. It was the prince or the giant king, that he gives too much shadow? Good guys did their investigation to prove innocence, they smeared a watering can with glue that stuck to someone’s hand and then it came out that trees are watered and grow fast and give shadow.

Thank you in advance.

Quote from the below Wikipedia plot summary:
“She takes him to her father, the Faerie **King, whose shadow has come to life** and now threatens Faerie Land. The King begs Oisin to travel to Squalor Web Castle and defeat the evil **Shadow**.”

Somebody from Poland found it. It’s amazing finding and it isn’t described at IMDB.
