# Avaricious female villain murders man and frames another for rape - do you know the title?

I cannot remember much more detail. However, _IF_ I recall correctly, towards the end, the female villain sprays something down one man’s throat, and he chokes to death. Then she frames a man for rape, and, as he’s doing the business from behind, she phones the police and the emergency operators hear the act in progress. I think it might be the penultimate scene.

The only other details I can give are that the film is American, and I would guess it’s a '90s film, or possible early 2000s - but the memories can be hazy.
