I’m looking for a movie where two guys make a bet on who can sleep with more girls, or on whether one of them can sleep with a specific number of girls. I remember that they worked as bartenders at a club run by a transvestite. There was also a scene where one of them was with a girl on the beach, and they went into the water, and the girl got stung by a jellyfish. The guy was about to pee on her leg to soothe the sting when suddenly a lifeguard drove up and sprayed her leg with vinegar. There was a scene when some woman (she was the sheriff probably) wanted to shut down the club and the owner (dressed normally like a guy) went up to her with those guys. She suggested that if one of them slept with her, she doesn’t to shut down the club. Thank you in advance. ---

I remember seeing this, but I always confuse 2 flicks for it. I think this is '“mantervention” with mario van peebles as the transvestite club owner [https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2318268/](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2318268/)
