This movie was around 2004-2009. Two teen girls get into tons of trouble, horrible life, one of the teen girls gets trapped in a basement and dies in a fire. Her friend can’t save her. I think the movie is one word and starts with an “s”. It was really sad. I think one girl is white the other is black.

I think it’s “Divines” (2016) but not British.
