I’m looking for a crime movie from 90s (probably), in which a policeman talks about a clown-murderer. I only remember a scene in which the clown turns to the policeman (he turned out to be a cannibal) and slips his arm to them “as if asking them to eat that arm”. It was some movie made in US. It wasn’t leitmotiff, but only short scene.

I watched it almost twice in my life, so it could be popular movie.

He just stood there.

01:15:59,986 → 01:16:03,982
_Real calm. Like it didn’t even make
no difference that we was even there._

788
01:16:04,059 → 01:16:08,295
_And then he slowly holds this arm
towards us like he’s offering it to us._

You’re kidding me.

01:16:09,537 → 01:16:12,134
Nah, I wouldn’t bulls\*\*t you.

791
01:16:12,209 → 01:16:16,205
He had this arm in his hand,
blood all over his f\*\*king mouth,

01:16:17,619 → 01:16:19,247
And you know
what he said to us?

_What?_

Does this taste
