This was a serial or a movie, i don’t remember. Some people investigated supernatural cases. In the episode pictures of a girl became real when she signed them. She was dreaming about an ideal mother and drawing her. The mother was in light blue dress. In the end the girl understood that her real mother was better and erased the signature.
