I’m looking for a movie I watched many years ago. It is an _Escape from New York_ rip-off. It’s set in some dystopic future and there is a character like Snake Plissken who has some mission.

I only remember two scenes. In one the Snake Plissken-like-character offer to help a female character in exchange for sex and she agrees. In the other scene the Plissken-like-character faces a female bounty hunter he knows, gets close and points a gun to her belly.
