The movie I am trying to remember is set in the future, likely produced by a Western country, possibly the USA. It revolves around a few individuals playing in an urban space, potentially a parking lot. In this setting, they encounter a crazy human or AI antagonist who sets traps for them, possibly utilizing bots. One of the heroes in the movie shares a personal story about being at a stadium where a tragic event occurred. Men in power burned all the people at the stadium, but the hero survived by being covered by dead bodies and remaining unburned. The movies was most likely produced in 80s-2000s.
