All the questioner saw was a Netflix ad on Facebook.

A group of thieves are orchestrating a heist. One of them is a blond woman.

A man gain access to a building by pretending to be a janitor. He hides under a table in a conference room and some delegates enter. There is a locked vault he later interacts with.

Another member of the team is a young hacker who is forced to re-enter a dangerous situation to fix a mistake, in this case, closing an unlatched bolt on a critical piece of equipment. While fixing the mistake, he wears a headset and pretends to be part of the cleaning staff to avoid suspicion from security personnel.

It’s not:

Flawless (2007).

Kaleidoscope (TV Mini Series, 2023).

I am sure that this is the one:
Freddie Highmore plays the brilliant young thief. He enters the target building disguised as a cleaner/janitor, enters the conference room, but suddenly other people arrive and he is forced to quickly hide under the big conference table. While under the table he remotely instructs via a headpiece/earpiece his blonde female thief partner how to unlock a safe in an other room.
