Hi all I really need help finding the name of a film I watched years ago. I can’t recall any actor sadly but I remember scenes as there was a fire in the street, setting fire to pictures, tables and chairs (maybe a strike) it also featured a thug like man who worn a mask / clown like and harassed a woman. The woman incidentally had a near miss with her baby in a pram nearly being hit by a car. I can recall the man chasing the woman up a set of stairs in her home demanding money. It is similar to Harry Brown. Any suggestions appreciated
