# Help me find a movie. About a guy locked in a library

A girl buys a house. She hears sounds coming from the library. There’s a guy there, locked up there by his parents for some crime involving another girl. The main character does not let him out and feeds him through a crack. They communicate, he draws, and she falls in love with him. He tells her where the key is and she lets him out . Then they have 18+ (probably) He goes crazy and finds a gun:)) Starts shooting here and there. It seems she killed him. I don’t remember how, but it seems like the ex-girlfriend is somehow connected to the tree where she met the guy.
