# Help me please

I am looking for a movie I watched once. but I don’t remember the title. In the beginning of the movie, a cop defeated a serial killer and he is injured. Years later he come back to the same place with few people (a few prisoner and journalist) I forgot if they came there to move the prisoner or something. They try to reuse the building (i don’t remember if it’s a jail or an asylum).In the building there is a serial killer (the first serial killer’s son) who hunt them. They don’t know that the serial killer’s (who were defeated by the cop) wife/lover had planned it to take revenge on the cop. This is a slasher movie a lot of people die in this movie including the cop. I remember the serial killer kills the cop with a trap that makes the cop hooked to death.
