I’m looking for an old horror film I watched about 5 year ago. A business man arrives in what appears to be an abandoned trailer park

Towards the end there’s a man all twisted up mixing sound samples through the town tannoy while the main guy is dragged to a bath tub behind a curtain while they pour acid over the top , you sort of just see a bloody hand print

I want to say you were never here but all that’s coming back is that film with Joaquin Phoenix
