I remember seeing a trailer maybe 3, 4, or 5 years ago for what I’m pretty sure was a horror movie. This memory is pretty vague but stay with me here. there’s this guy who writes comic books where people die (😮). anyway, the deaths in the comics start happening in real life, and the police suspect the writer. they need to find out whats happening and stop the deaths. I also think I remember the trailer saying something about 1,000 people dying, but I could be wrong. It’s not The Watcher, The Killing Joke, or Creepshow, and what I’ve described is all that I can remember. the more I research it, the more it starts to feel like a dream. can anyone help?

Could it perhaps be an episode of a show?
