It was a children’s comedy film set in America during hot weather. The main character, possibly a boy, set traps, including a trick with a taped-up faucet, and also bought gumballs from a vending machine, which he likely used for his pranks. It’s not “Home Alone,” “Dennis the Menace,” or “Problem Child.” This film was most likely released in the nineties or possibly in the early two-thousands, based on the description and the style of children’s comedies from that time.
