Looking for a film. Probably British, eighties? About a kind of secret agent who tries to frame a rich arms dealer? Both men like to play historical battles with tin soldiers. The secret government? organization also has a psychological departement with a doctor who injects bad guys with stuff that makes them go totally psychotic. A memorable scene is the chase through the countryside, to stop the bad guy escape? where, due to an old map, the agent drives through a green house that was not supposed to be there.
