So this a a long shot but I watched this movie at least half a decade ago and there is very little I remember about it. What I do remember is a man and a woman waking up in a completely abandoned town and I believe they had to do a quest to get a key? There was a weird circular storm that I think kept getting smaller. In the end, I think the man sacrifices himself for the woman (to maybe a hellhound/animal of some kind?) and she ends up getting this key that frees her from the town that ended up being Purgatory. The twist was that they had been in a bus accident and were trying to get back to their bodies. I’m not sure how much of this I remember correctly so any help would be greatly appreciated!
