Maybe “Pan’s labyrinth” (2006)? There is a girl, a creature with horns and the dialogues are good:

maybe “I Kill Giants” (2017). It features a girl who encounters a dark, horned creature. The film is known for its excellent dialogue and unique storyline. If this isn’t the one, any additional details would help narrow it down further.
