# Looking for an old Dutch film

I remember n old silent Dutch film in black and white (or Sepia or something old) that starts with two kids playing hide and seek, one boy and on girl, in a construction site. There is a group of children or men that chase them and there is a man that sits there with an empty bottle of beer that symbolise that he is arrows.

Does anyone remember the name?
