The clip I saw on social media some time ago (can’t find a source) seemed to be from some sort of older colored film or TV. In the clip, a girl (named Emily?) was being picked on by her teacher as the teacher hit her hand with a ruler, and other students around her kept telling her to smile. The parents later found out about this when a doctor told them their kids had bruises on their hands. Any idea what this film/TV might be or what the full plot is about?
