This was part of a nightmare sequence where the protagonist enters a dark slaughterhouse and sees the upper torso of a woman partly illuminated by a light. He walks over to kiss her, and as he runs his hands down her spine, he’s horrified to find the lower half of her body… missing. He pulls away with blood on his lips, and the camera cuts to show a giant hook impaled through the back of her throat. The guy then wakes up in a cold sweat, and that’s all I remember of the movie (save that it might’ve taken place on an island). I saw this whilst channel-flipping circa ~2007-2008 (probably on SBS), and now that I’m a jaded horror buff, I _desperately_ want to uncover the name of this fucking film. ---
