Movie about a man that controls the weather in his town only as a job it is not a superpower. He does it from a little control tower, may be oval shaped at the top. It had vibes of the Truman Show and Groundhog Day, could be from around the same time. I remember the man would always make it sunny in the daytime and rain at night to keep everyone happy in his town but as he became depressed/unravelled he didnt care anymore and would make it rain during the day time etc. ---

I do remember a TV animated series where a family lives in a space suburbia and the father is the one controlling the weather. > **[Allo la Terre, ici les Martin (TV Series 2001– ) ⭐ 7.2 | Animation, Comedy](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0882136/)** > > 26m
