I remember only the ending.
US (i guess regime) is going to close from outer world so man needs to get outta there.
He has container truck filled with loose bills.
He was shot but took some new/special drug that makes him tougher, but the dosagehe took will make him die after couple hours.
He wants to drive to Canada so he can help a young woman that he met recently and she is with him in that truck.
At night they speed up on the bridge and break through barricades.
In the morning he’s dead and she cries over her lover.
The actor could be Jason Statham as well as Ryan Gosling, that type of vibe.
