Looking for movie.

I remember 2 scenes.

There were guy and girl, in first scene she put her hands on his eyes when they were driving car.

In second scene this guy swimmed across lake to her home (it was evening time)

Sorry for my english. I think it was drama movie about love, I saw it 20 years ago on tv.

Please help

Do you remember what type of car it is (model, color)?

Do they say any phrases in the movie?

Does it look American or European?

Is it black and white or color?

It was old american pickup (I think bright color)

Actors and places are 100% USA

That were 2 young people in love (around 25y old)
