I have only a vague recollection of this movie but it was about a female executive who looks down on housewives but gets a “glimpse” of motherhood and after she gets put back in her original reality, she realizes that she completely underestimated the importance and joy of being a mother and regrets not having children for the first time in her life.

Perhaps [Baby Boom (1987)](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baby_Boom_(film))
starring Diane Keaton?
