My friend looks for help identifying a movie. I recall that it aired as part of the Showcase Revue back in the 1990s. I think it was a Scandinavian movie and the plot involved the male protagonist who was in a relationship with his girlfriend but was having an affair with one of the girlfriend’s female friends, who was a woman priest. The truth comes out and the couple breaks up (he had a child with his girlfriend) but I think it ends with the male protagonist going to a church service and he and the woman priest are looking at each other and realizing that they have unresolved feelings for each other.

Thanks!
