# Nordic / Scandinavian coming of age movie - help finding please

Trying to find the name of a Nordic / Scandinavian movie I watched in the 2000’s.

It was about two teenage boys (desperate to lose their virginity) who wanted to impress a girl in their small town by making a movie with her as the star. The town bully was named ‘Billy’ who played ‘the sleazebag’ and drove around in a big black American car.

The movie was set sometime in the 50’s or 60’s in a rural Nordic / Scandinavian setting but not sure if it was made in the 80’s or 90’s? I remember watching it with english subtitles, possibly on SBS world movies. I think one of the main characters names was Anders? But not sure.
