German movie from the 60s or 70s about climate activists. I’m specifically searching for the male actor in the clip, saw him in some other movies but forgot his name. I already tried on Google Images but no results, the movie doesn’t seem to be remembered very good at all.

Here’s a short link to the clip: [https://youtu.be/-bAAN60Vgo4?feature=shared](https://youtu.be/-bAAN60Vgo4?feature=shared)

Thanks for taking a look!
