# Old horror movie name forgot

Hello ! I’m looking for a movie but i only remember one scene. I don’t know the year it was made. I’m born in 1999 so maybe it was made before that but i’m not sure.  
The scene is a guy with a gun, maybe a shot gun, but it has the red dot to aim. He walk to the stair where a girl is, crying, and he is slowly moving his red dot to the feet then the head of the girl before shooting.  
That’s all i remember sadly, i don’t know if it’s enough to help me found the movie.
