# Psychological Thriller early 2010s Surreal Realm and Time

So i even tried every possibilty with chatgbt but its impossible to find. Here are the some details i remember. Our main character is woman (i highly believe she was blonde or ginger) she has a husband and son. Time concept is very surreal in this movie. Im not sure why but she is somewhat unconcuious and in hospital??? She might be in coma/drugs/dream. So she repeteatly dream about her car run out of gasoline or crushing into something at night time then she gets scared and she see something like lighthouse/weird lights and she follows. İts like whole new secret world there very blue atmosphere but we are not sure which is real or not. I think during this time her husbands cheating on her in real life with younger girl somewhere like poolside. But she also cheats on him in her mind. Somewhere like jungle/bungalow. I believe the jungle scene was highly nude. Also i remember it has kinda happy ending like she probably wakes up. So i watched this movie when i was child without knowing anything its stuck in my mind for a long time and im kinda obsessed with finding it because i dont even feel like this is a real movie anymore yk. So my last hints are : I watched in probably in early 2010s. Movie wasnt looking so old, so it might be from the same era that i watched.
