Hi, I saw this movie like before 1998 or 1999, can’t recall. I remember some scenes. Dead prisioners are converted into robots. First they create one robot as leader, later they create more robots. They dont have right fist, instead they can fit different types of gun which is store in their abdomen area. Hero save heroin son or brother ( not sure) from those robots, by riding bike and pick him with one hand. Villain ( robot) is bald. Thats all i remember ---
