The film is most likely from the 90s-00s, possibly the 80s. The genre is probably a thriller with a touch of horror. I remember a scene of a man sitting on a throne, the surroundings were yellow or even orange, there were small tentacles near his neck or something like that. At the same time, it is as if he is through the looking glass. In the moment they show that he looks like an ordinary person, and suddenly, as if through a mirror, there is this scene where he is in a monstrous demonic guise. It is likely that this is some kind of mini- or full-length series or just a full-length film. I only remember this scene. I would be grateful for your help in searching, the imprint has been in my memory for decades, but I can’t find it.

It seems that there are at least 3 movies where this character, called Djinn, appears.
