Season 1, Episode 1 titled “User One” of the TV series “Made for Love” **(2021-2022)**, and I think there are flashbacks to this dolphin scene in later episodes

IMDb page of the series:

Here on this “The Wrap” page there is an embedded short clip that shows the scene where the girl is in the pool, the dolphin shows up and shows her the escape hatch/door:

Quote from the internet that describes the dolphin scene (the dolphin is called Zelda):
”At first, Hazel just floats underwater in peace. But then Zelda circles her, squealing for Hazel to get moving. Zelda’s noises are crystal clear, as if they’re coming through the air or over a radio, while we also hear the muffled sounds of the bubbles from Hazel’s mouth. The dolphin pushes a button on the pool wall with her nose that opens a small door, leading to a water tunnel. Zelda must be able to swim to a separate shelter when she wants to. Zelda shows Hazel the door, indicating that it can be used as an escape hatch.”

> Before the breakout, Byron and Hazel give an interview to Weeknight America. In the present, they argue about the future of their marriage & the chip. Hazel shows Byron what she really wants.
