This is what I remember A movie that took place during the plague of the dark ages in a forest village. It was a drama centered around a teenage girl who’s mother had the plague and was killed by a man in a mask. she runs into the forest to escape him. Some time later she finds a cottage in the forest and a man who takes her in. One day, when the man isn’t home, she finds his mask and realizes he’s the one who killed her mother and tried to kill to kill her. She plots to kill him and does manage to do so.
