[1990s-2010s] Animated movie featuring 2 troublemaker boys having a secret club with "club nicknames", and 1 girl transfer student who got bullied for having a large nose, and later her mother MAYBE died, and the girl runs away with the boys

"The school was having a christmas play and the girl’s mother sewed her a costume, I think she was dressing up as a whole Christmas tree?, and one day after school the girl goes home to see her mom being taken away in an ambulance. I do not remember if the mother died or was just sick.

The girl runs away and somehow the troublemaker boys end up with her, I don’t remember much of this part aside from them encountering an elderly couple at some point.

At the end they return home, and the girl is no longer bullied for her nose and she joins the boys secret club and picks her own “club nickname”.

The movie was dubbed (to Swedish), but I have no idea about the origin country. I want to guess american, but also maybe french, just based on the animation style? It ran on TV a few times during the time frame mentioned in the title.

Scenes I remember vividly:
-The introduction of the girl to the classroom, when she enters and everyone starts making “pig noises” because of the size of her nose.
-The girl walking home from school and being met by blinking ambulance lights.
-The very end of the movie when the boys ask what her club nickname should be and she looks at the falling snow and says “Snowflake” (in Swedish, but I would assume it would be that in english as well), and the boys start bouncing around her and cheering for her and calling her by that name.

I remember really liking the movie as a child, but then it never reappeared on the TV and I forgot about it for years up until a couple of weeks ago, and google seems to have absolutely no clue as to what I’m talking about (I even tried some swedish searches just in case it turned out it WAS swedish and the mouth animations were just That Bad, but no luck)."

It’s been identified as a French cartoon:

Jojo: The Violet Mystery (Jojo 4 - Le Mystère Violaine, 2000).
