Looking for a live-action movie from before 2017, probably released around 1990 or 2000. It’s a movie about three kids who find a box that grants wishes. The trio likely consists of two boys and one girl.
The plot is as follows:
The three kids find a box that grants 3 wishes.
They each agree to use 1 wish.
The first wish is used for unlimited PEZ. (one of the boys)
The second is used for retaliation on bullies (who may have appeared earlier in the film) by making them float. (one of the girls)
The third is deliberated on as the trio realizes what silly wishes they made.

The three kids use bikes to get around, and none of them have/use kickstands.
