Probably released after 2000, in English (Also child friendly). I think it opened in on a Biodome at night with a man looking for a vial made from one of the plants, I believe he was looking for a specific plant. I think it was after the at least the first industrial revolution. There was a cool looking flower I think, there was shot or two outside a back alley door leading to a back stage area or a bar at night. In a day scene somebody is being chased down or up stairs with one of those glass rooves.
