60s or 70s film about a killer turning people into statues

I saw this on TV as a young kid in the Midwest in the 70s. I think it’s from the 60s or 70s due to the photography, but it is possible that’s just a long ago, warped memory. This is NOT House of Wax.

The killer is freezing people and posing them. I think he’s storing his collection of statues in a well lit, freezer. One of the statues is an amazon or warrior with a bow and arrow. Someone, possibly the police, interrupt the killer and the temperature rises, partially melting the statues. The warrior melts enough to loose the arrow, killing the killer.

I must of have been four or five when I saw this so I cannot be sure about the story elements above.

TIA

I have asked about a film on another forum and received the following reply: Playgirl Killers.

Nightmare in Wax (1969)?

I’m sure this can’t be right but its what popped in my head…

It’s not exactly the same plot, but try this one…

I think I may have stumbled across a promising candidate: The Ice House 1969. To be sure, I’d have to see it, but I can’t find it. Any ideas?

I’ve just watched the trailer on Letterboxed. It looks like a worse version of Russ Meyer, no statues or Amazons but he seems to put people in the freezer after killing them.

The Ice House is on rarelust.com. Here’s the link; you’ll have to download it.
