I think it’s from the 70s or 80s. It’s a movie about a guy who works for an organization. They capture a man who has a book/ledger they need. They torture him with needles under his fingernails. Our hero turns and helps the captured man escape. I can’t for the life of me remember the title.
I don’t remember the movie but I always remember associating the needles under fingernails and the title. My sisters told me about it when I was young and we watched it but I can’t remember it now. Could be Evil that Men Do-
