Hi, watched this film years ago but I cant find anything about it. The only scenes I remember from this film was a guy in a court room who didn’t have any defense for killing his wife/girlfriend and because he decided not to have any defense is sentenced to be executed, the execution scene is in the snow and at the end it shows the trap door of the gallows open up and the snow falls through the trap door, then next scene hes back with his wife/girlfriend at the end on I think a frozen lake/river, not too sure, any ideas?
